SINGLE-PHASE VLM SERIES

SINGLE-PHASE HOPPER LOADERS

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The series of single-phase hopper loaders VLM allows conveying plastic granules to processing machines, drying hoppers and dosing units.
Single-phase hopper loaders are equipped with a built- in suction unit.
Suction capacity up to 600 Kg/h of material, at a distance of 30 m.
A microprocessor board and a keypad allow the operator to easily program and control the machine.

  • 900 W double-stage blower (model VLM25 equipped with a 1800 W brushless blower).
  • Automatic filter cleaning with compressed air.
  • Inspection door with a stainless steel filter for venting.
  • Control with a keyboard, and a digital display showing operating status and alarms.
  • A built-in double cover divides the motor from the blower guaranteeing a better operation.

VLP POWDER SERIES

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The powder feeders of the VLP series are suitable for the pneumatic conveyance of powder plastic materials. They can also be used for the conveyance of foods, pharmaceutical and chemical products ensuring high hygienic standards. Ideal for free flowing powders with particle sizes between 40-200 μm and bulk density from 0,35 to 1,8 kg/dm3.
They can also be used for powders with lower particle sizes by using a special sintered filters.

VLV VENTURI SERIES

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Compressed-air feeder for small throughputs up to 20-30 kg/h. Entirely made of anodized aluminium and Pyrex stub pipe with adjustable level sensor, the VLV feeder is equipped with a high-efficiency suction probe. It can be directly installed on a machine or a small maintenance hopper.

CENTRALIZED FEEDING SYSTEMS

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

The matrix microprocessor control allows you to create a centralized system for the pneumatic conveyance of granules.
The system is flexible and can be expanded. With just one control unit it is possible to manage up to 8 vacuum pumps and 56 receivers.
The operation is automatic and it is possible to completely control the storage and sorting of materials as well as the association material – processing machine.
The entire system is easy to use: no more waste of polymers.
The “MMS” system allows the automatic selection of the conveyance speed depending on the material and distance.

  • Control with microprocessor for 8 pumps and 56 receivers.
  • Portable keyboard with digital display.
  • Integrated management of: Self-cleaning filters; Proportion valves; Valves for pipe-cleaning; Manual and automatic manifolds;
