KEY FEATURES

A multilayer cast coex line with encapsulation that guarantees top quality in the extrusion of multilayer barrier film by processing several raw materials such as PA, EVOH, PP, PE, TL�s, PET, PS, etc. The film encapsulation and the electronic controls ensure the maximum cost-effectiveness of the process by reducing the scraps even to values close to 3% of the gross product. These results are achieved thanks to the electronic management of the die, of the side-slip unit and of the trimmed edges by the proprietary DITTERING® system and by the integrate management of the trimmed edge recovery with the REFESAVE® system. Barriercast® lines can be seen in permanent open house at the associated company B-Pack® SpA producing 5- and 7-layer barrier film (with cast as well as blown technology).

KEY FEATURES

Available in 5- and 7-layer version, the BARRIERBLOWN® extrusion line provides excellent quality barrier film produced with the lowest possible cost, thanks to the latest technological improvements deriving from the direct film production experience. The line is equipped with all the state-of-the-art innovations in terms of thickness measuring and winding: it performs the thickness measurement with an air inductive device combined with an optical sensor or with an IR sensor for gauging each single layer of PA and EVOH and avails itself of a high performance winder. In addiction the line has been designed with a new type of splitting cut which permits reduction of the trims also in case of barrier film.

LLine typology including several mono- and co-extruded in-line sections up to 9 layers each and a coating section up to 3 layers. KEY FEATURES

Coextrusion cast line to produce 3-layer CPP film, up to a useful width of 1300 mm, originated from the success of the Handrollex® lines. It is very compact and thus requires a limited space for installation, it offers good performances with a productivity of over 450 kg/h. It can be customized also for the production of jumbo rolls of stretch film and with the Handspeedy® winder it converts in the Handrollex®-Combi line for the joint production of CPP film and stretch film in jumbo, manual and automatic rolls.

Colines satisfies the increasing demand of breathable film coming from the medical and textile markets with extrusion lines for baby diapers, incontinence products, sanitary napkins, panty liners, technical wear, sportswear. Breathable film finds its application also in the building industry as film for preventing condensation in house wooden roofing. The innovative stretching process, thanks to the MDO unit (single or double MDO unit up to 600%) creates micro porosity which enables air but not liquids to pass through the film. Thickness control before and after the stretching with automatic adjustment according to the set target is guaranteed by the two beta scan system sensors (same trace) which are standard features of the Aircast® lines.
